Chuck is great! I had a leaky pressure reducer valve and chuck took the time to diagnose it properly, finding that it was just the Union that was bad. He replaced it with a leftover part that he had in his truck and had it fixed in minutes. Any other plumber wouldve sold me a new valve cause they would make more money. Instead, Chuck did what was best for the customer and gained my respect.
