I didnt know the first thing about buying my first home. I called Keller Williams Cleveland and I was given an appointment with Pat and Randy Gates. I was nervous and worried about so many little things due to the sheer ignorance of the process, but as our meeting carried on my worries seemed to melt. We were able to find a beautiful and affordable home within 8 weeks and they were such a wonderful team to work with through it all. Randy did a great job with the groundwork while Pat thoroughly handled signatures, appointments, and how-tos, but they were both always helpful with advice at every curve. I will forever be grateful to the two of you. It is nice to work with people that can make you forget to be worried and show you the way to peace. Thank you, friend.
