My son has went here for a couple years. Never a problem until they got the new Dr and some new nurses. Now it's impossible to get prescriptions filled because the nurse doesn't want to do her job and contact insurance so they can fill it. Doesn't matter how many times she gets left a voicemail, there's never a response

I got a new phone number that was registered to one of their patients at one point I requested that it be removed 3 times and I'm still getting called it's been a month

They've been through a couple doctors in my time here (moved to other positions/branches) but every one has been great. Every staff member wonderful, and the one issue I did have was dealt with promptly when calling the front desk. And best of all, sliding scale. So if you're low income and uninsured like me, they'll help you out and potentially lower or eliminate the fee while you get back on your feet. Which is great, since if you're going here you probably need their treatment to get back on your feet to begin with. Heartily recommend!

Ive had decent experiences so I hate giving them such a low review but they have now made therapy completely inaccessible for people with really bad social anxiety

They are wonderful they have helped my son. They always was there to answer questions and give advice. I would highly recommend them. Thank you MHC
