        The people I've talked to over the last few years have all been rather pleasant. Interest rates aren't fantastic if you have great credit, but if you've got subpar credit they're some of the best you'll ever find. Only downsides I've ever had is that 1- they'll know if you ever check on your loan online and will start calling to see if you want another loan (No I was just making a payment) 2- once you're in your last 12 or so months (and I'm sure this is just company policy) they start calling constantly about getting another loan. like sometimes it's once or twice a month, lately it's been multiple times a week. Outside of scaring me lately with "why is the debt agency trying to call me so much did I miss a payment or something" they've been fine though.
