Went there to get pop up adds out of my phone. Sales rep very helpful. Fixed it very quickly

This review is not in any way made toward this store, however this is the store my issues originated at. This is about the company T-Mobile. The people at this store were very nice and got us to try their product and we agreed. They charged us for the use of sim cards to try out the service in our area. with the agreement that if we didn't want to switch all we had to do is remove the card and go back to Verizon. We did this as the service only had 1 bar at our residence. We told the store the following Monday that we were not switching. A month later we get a bill from T-Mobile for 245 dollars. We called and were told to disregard the statement as it was auto-generated. A month later I get a collection notice that said they were collecting for T-Mobile. I called back and now they are saying that we had service on the line and we owe x amount of money. That was not what we were told. This company is out for your money so be careful how you approach testing their service. After talking to a supervisor. I still had to pay $26.42 just to be finished with this fiasco.

the best t mobile! I went to get my screen protector changed and Brandon helped me! He was awesome the phone started ringing and he picked up the phone and still was working on my phone! He was awesome!
