        We just had a great experience this Saturday (April 6th) at Honda of Cleveland buying a 2023 Honda CRV. It had been 10 years since we had bought a new car and we were totally blessed to have Ethan Haley as our salesperson. We are in our 70's and 80's and buying a new car was pretty overwhelming. Ethan immediately put us both at ease. His patient, calm, gentle, personality was such a blessing. He was very knowledgeable and thorough explaining our questions on warranties, etc. and slowly went over how to work all these new gadgets that are confusing to seniors like us, lol. We felt like Ethan was family when we drove out in our new CRV. Ethan is definitely an asset to the dealership and we will highly recommend Honda of Cleveland and Ethan to anyone we hear of.         I actually was with my sister who was looking at trading in her Civic and had no intentions of leaving with a new car! Tyler was our salesperson and he was a no pressure guy very friendly and made us feel comfortable with the process. He went out of his way to explain how my new vehicle operated on the inside and took really good care of me. He has even offered to refill my gas tank next time Im at the service department since Im having to make a second trip there. How many salesman do you know that would do that? Do not hesitate to visit this dealership be sure to ask for Tyler when you do you wont be disappointed!
