I appreciate that I wasn't waiting for long periods of time. Dr. Sims is very compassionate and thorough, and a very nice and gentle person.

The doctor is super nice but front desk receptionist named Judy was horrible to us.When you are sick and disabled you shouldn't have to deal with hateful and very rude staff!She is mistreating people and getting away with it.She needs investigated and should not work for any hospital,dr office,or even a vet.I am reporting her to insurance for the discrimination.Like I said the dr was great but she's going to get hurt by someone's family member when mistreating disabled ppl like that.Not right!They need cameras and to re train her .Actually they need to get rid of her and not allow her near people.It's not ok to talk to ppl like they're stupid.Not right!I give Dr Sims 5 stars but Judy gets 0...Edit to add..After I whispered to my husband how awful the very rude receptionist was acting I said to him that he needed seen being he's so sick but it was up to him if he wanted to continue to stay(he was sick so vulnerable)to get mistreated by her but my son and I was leaving and she started screaming at me as I walked out the door leaving my poor husband behind not knowing if they'd take it out on him and yes I defended myself saying how awful she was to my husband and after she screamed at me I did give her the middle.My husband seen the dr which he loved Dr Sims but he said he won't be returning either after his incident with Judy smarting off to him .He had pneumonia but lost his voice and she told him to speak up the shushed him when he was trying to let her know he lost his voice.He was told by Judy and another lady next to her that I was no longer allowed there which was fine because I don't go to any place that discriminates.The other woman thought it was over my son being turned down because of the dr name not on his insurance card but that was not the case at ALL.It was her being rude to us all then as she was screaming about the insurance card,It was like she was doing it in a "you are stupid "type of way.When we went to the car to get the card is when she took it out on my disabled husband then myself whom is disabled screaming at me to give her a dang minute that she can only get 1 card at a time!But it didn't stop there!She kept trying to knitpick and find reasons to turn us down.She said they couldn't see neither my husband nor son then it changed to just my son then I had finally had enough and told my husband you can stay if you want but the yelling and unprofessionalism was shocking.Needless to say I stood up for the ones she discriminated against and I'm not allowed there so go figure.If anyone else has been discriminated against by Judy please leave a review and don't be afraid.I saw a couple of others mistreated by this same person in a group so please come forward.

Dr. Sims is a great doctor, very kind, patient and trustworthy and his staff are wonderful. You won't be disappointed.

Doctor is a good doctor but the front desk lady was rude and unprofessional.I see several other reviews saying they've experienced the same mistreatment.Hopefully they get it straightened out unless they like seeing patients being mistreated by the front desk.Name started with a J I believe.Good luck
