Warning worst company to rent from. They will not answer their phone or call you back. They are never in office! They do not fix anything, place is overran with roaches. They waited a year before they finally started to spray it. The other building they own is overran with bedbugs. They let meth heads live there.

I initially signed a lease on 11/1/2021, and was told that the unit would not be available until 11/5, due to the pending certificate of occupancy. (This was AFTER being told that I wouldn't be able to move in December, as I initially wanted, due to demand) Every day, I was told that it would be a few more days. Today is 11/15/2021, and I have still not been able to get keys or a move in date.
Update: 11/16/21 - I reached out to the company to terminate my lease and get my check back for my deposit and first month's rent, and was told that I wouldn't be able to get it until the owner's came back in town. I filed a complaint with consumer affairs in hopes of simply receiving my check back and

Amazing company to rent from! I rented prior to purchasing a home and would definitely rent from them again and would highly recommend!
