River House at Southern Light

My brother got married at this location back in October and it was absolutely stunning. They set the bar so high by choosing this place, my sister and I joked that we won't be able to compete with such a location for our own weddings one day haha. The bride spoke so highly of the owners, the house is decorated wonderfully, the views of the rolling hillside and tobacco barn way off in the distance adds character, the reception area had huge seating indoors and outdoors. The actual wedding area sits peacefully and overlooks these lush hills, it was absolutely perfect for a fall wedding. any wedding in general, my mom even said had she known of this place before it's where she would've gotten married! Excellent place for an even more excellent price, you're definitely getting the money's worth here just in location. Groomsmen had a pool table in their area to pass time, nice!

I catered a wedding at this beautiful establishment.... The family talked so highly of the owners... I've catered many places but this one take the cake.... THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WEDDING VENUE AROUND..... Everything you could need and more
