I was treated like a Dog by staff I went twice and both times talk to bad my kids were disrespected very inhumane the first lady was very rude and heartless the first visit miss. Beatz made me think she didn't like blacks came off very racist then she called chevella James whom was the same negative energy in I had no id so Police was called to identify me I was degraded again not by Police they were doing their job professionals I wasn't informed properly at all I left that day feeling humiliation I came back two weeks maybe later just to be further humiliated and my kids were with me again I was spoke to as a child or illiterate person argued at staff walked away cold but what really got me this particular time was how Chevella James came out very rude heartless and cold no professional foundation or ethics s she looked at my kids and me and said If you have so much why you and your kids outside and homeless she then mocked God and spoke on prayer as a joke she really needs to be fired and retraining she is absolutely disgusting how she done my kids her and her co worker miss beatz she turned red as soon as she saw me she is also very rude doesn't deserve her job no comparison they both bad in big ways no remorse foe kids no compassion seems they are just there for the check i won't recommend a dog going there they disrespected my service dog to just over all negative the worst experience very disrespectful

My dad called here and one person said they weren't able to help at the time. He called again and another person said they couldn't help unless he had 4 paystubs. Everyone he's called has told him to call this place. I wouldn't recommend it since the people working there don't seem to know what's what. It's one person says one thing someone else says something different

I will never go here for help nor send anyone here. I saw them put a woman and her children out because she had used their resources previously and apparently they only help once a lifetime so she couldnt sit there with her children until she finished making her phone calls to see what her next step would be. I wish I could give negative stars because I would!
