A wonderful Property Management Company! Michelle Doyle and her team Dusty Starr and Tina Day have done an excellent job managing my rental property from maintenance, turn over to leasing. They are reliable, responsive and professional to work with. As an out of state owner I am really glad to have Marshall Reddick TN/KY team on my side.

This place is terrible I got my keys and couldn't even move in the apartment because it is infested with roaches. They lied saying it was exterminated and cleaned but no.it was not touched at all the property manager is very mean and rude.. you would think they give me another unit but no cuz they all infested now I'm out of money and a place to stay with my family. What's even worse there isn't any way to contact corporate. This company is some scammers, deceitful, mean,outright dishonest. Make sure they don't show you the model apartments ask to see the actual apartment they are going to lease you with. Or you'll be sorry unless you like paying to live with rodents.

All I can say is MRS SHANDA SEMSICK !! Shes literally THE BEST ! Im in the military and it was SOO much going on during this move for me. She definitely helped me throughout the process and was very patient, this is my first time renting a house off post and I was super nervous but she made me feel comfortable. Any question I had she was there to answer Im sure I called her a million times with questions and not once did she get irritated, we laughed and she was completely transparent with me. Thank you so much Mrs. Semsick the house is beautiful!

We may have had some bumps at the end of our tenancy with communication, but in the end, the communication has been nothing short of wonderful. They were sincere in wanting to help us. Michelle and Shanda both were so incredibly helpful with their follow up phone calls, I have a great amount of respect for both of these ladies!

I had recently put in a work order for a leak from the kitchen sink. The same day it was put in I had Khaleel get us connected with Jake. We were fortunate in Khaleels choice of resources as Jake easily came out same day, around 6pm to spend the next 30-40 minutes with us to ensure the sink was fixed and all issues were resolved. I would genuinely recommend working with both of these gentlemen as theyll make sure the job gets done well and as quickly as reasonably possible.
