I'm looking forward to doing business with you again. ____________________ I visited the store a week ago for a print job, and I was initially quoted a price. However, when I returned to pick up the finished work, I was surprised to find that I was being asked to pay double the quoted amount - from $150 to $300. The staff explained that the discrepancy was due to differences in size and other factors. My concern was why I hadn't been contacted about the changes in price before proceeding with the job. A simple courtesy call to confirm if I was comfortable with the new price would have been appreciated. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.
