They don't care, had our kitchen designed there the company they sent out to do so had all this fancy equipment and still measured wrong, received cabinets and the was to big so we had to wait to have them redone, we ordered appliances there and same thing refrigerator was wrong size and had a wait on it well that's what we was told, but come to find out it was the dishwasher on back order, but was told everything was in stock, All willing to help but when they get your money it's all over, they dont care or didn't on our issues

I was really disappointed at my first experience with curbside pickup at Home Depot. I arrived right at 6:04 and curbside stopped at 6:00 sharp. So, I walked into the store and at the pickup counter there were three associates working. The closest computer terminal near the entrance had two associate working on it and it appeared that the female employee was being trained. Neither of them acknowledged me while I stood at the counter. It was as if I were invisible. The third associate (Misty), was answering the phones and seemed to have all of the work traffic. I expressed my frustration that curbside ended at 6 PM because a lot of people do not get off of work until late and picked curbside due to convenience, and in my case, I have conditions which make it difficult to walk. I was told it was primarily due to staffing. Having worked as a manager before, I know that you can adjust schedules so this should be addressed. I was really taken aback when I wasn't greeted. Seems like the customer is not important as they used to be. I will not be back to this location. The Lowes on Lowes Drive (about a half-mile from this location) greets me when I come in, their curbside pickup goes from opening until closing, and I feel my patronage is valued there. I thought because I saved a few dollars that I had found a good deal - turns out that, as the old saying goes - "you get what you pay for." I feel exploited. Totally unacceptable level of customer service acumen.

This review applies to installation services. Having to remove my own carpet and padding even though it is included in instillation, due to a miscommunication between Home Depot and the installer. This delayed my install a week took a ton of my time. The reason I did not just call Home spot and have them redo the quote is because, I also had them installing a new roof on my house that they double charged the deposit on basically leaving me without a few thousand dollars for a week. Ended up going with a different roofer.
