Incompetent and dishonest. Paid $4000 and he still hasn't done the work he was hired for. Told me he couldn't get to me cause he was out of town last weekend. Ran into him at Lowes on Madison on Saturday. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!

Emerson Plumbing was a pleasant experience. I called him on a Sunday night and they answered, Even thought they were closed. He answered some questions for me and I was able to get water working. I thought I would attempt to fix it myself and decided no that isn't happening. So I called them back and they came out the next day and had it fixed. They had to cut holes in the walls and made it look so professional. Also the communication was great through the whole process. They told me when they would be there an hour ahead of time. And after the job was done I was at work and they talked to me and told me what they did and gave me recommendations for the future. Also the Prices were great. I highly recommend. Thank You Again Emerson Plumbing.

Friendly and professional, was able to get me in for a leaking line (non-emergency) the next morning. Scheduling came with live updates for arrival time and was a great communicator overall. Was also able to fix my outdoor faucet (instead of replacing it like I thought I was going to need) in a few minutes. Does great work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
