Wouldnt accept my kids because their unvaccinated.

This place has changed so much in the past year. They're money hungry and trying to get payment from me almost every month. When I paid for all my kids appointments I was reminded multiple times that there wasn't anything more that I needed to pay, and here I get a text saying I had a bill to pay. Their staff is completely rude and unprofessional. Dr Merit is the only reason we're still going there.

For almost 3 years our request to have our son tested for Autism were ignored. We were told well put the referral in. & no referral was ever placed. Then the excuse was given his age, it would have shown by now. Then we were told he didnt MEET THE CHECK BOXES to be tested. Though, not a single person told us what those check boxes were. When I pressed the matter of our PCP pushing her personal feelings of what went on between myself and my other child onto my sons care, causing my sons medical needs to suffer, I was emailed an autism questionnaire & never followed up with. I was told by his PCP that he was not autistic & that he was just going through a lot. I removed my son from this clinic, took him elsewhere & a referral for testing was placed. Sure enough, hes autistic, among other things. Had we gotten the testing we requested THREE YEARS AGO my son wouldnt be as behind as he is with his therapies & he wouldnt be struggling as much as he is in school because we would have had the diagnosis to get either the 504 or IEP in place. Completely unacceptable medical care.

Young lady at the front desk was super rude, I made my granddaughters appointment at the scheduled time but had to stand in line to get checked in with 2 people ahead of me. When I get to the desk the lady said I was 2 mins late even though she saw me waiting for over 4 mins. She lied and said her paperwork wasnt complete but it was, another worker confirmed it was completed the day prior, had to reschedule for another 3 weeks out after hustling to get there in rainy thunderstorm weather. Just rude and very unprofessional. Still waiting on the office manager to return my call.

Literally talked to someone last week that was fixing to schedule my twin daughters a drs appointment but had to wait for their medical records faxed well said it could be a day or 2 before they received the records to call back in a day or 2 well whom ever I talked to was very rude an sounded as if she hated her job an said sorry theres now to many people ahead you will have to wait an I told her that I already talked to someone sayin I could schedule them
