Beautiful place! My service was dip on my nails and a gel pedicure.
Wonderful service and quality work. Ill definitely be going back there.

I went in for a fill in on ombre nails. I was seated with a male. First he used the sharp attachment to remove the gel polish. Then went to the file type. But soon I realized that all he was doing is going back and forth with each different attachment continuously filing more and more off. I finally asked him what the hell he was doing. I was livid. I was watching tt on my phone a lot of the time not realizing I needed to babysit him. He has filed down so far there were areas of my natural nail he was about to go through. In essence he removed my whole nail! But took the long way around to do it. I seriously think he had no clue what he was doing so he just kept filing. I left with paper thin nails that as you can guess were breaking off in the following days. Then they charged me $65! For screwing my nails up. If you HAVE to go there at least ask for one of the females. My mind is still blown when I think about it.
IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REBUTTAL NO HE WAS TO GIVE ME A "FILL IN". SO THAT BASE AT THE BASE OF THE NAIL YOU FIRST PREPARE IT THEN FILL THE AREA WITH PINK ACRYLIC. He did not have a clue what he was doing. If he believed he was removing the nail why didn't he remove them? He did not attempt to soak my nails at any point either. I signed in for a fill in service AND told him verbally. No excuse can cover it

Hi HeatherI’m so sorry for our nail technicians not being specific before performing the work. So far what I understand from your point is our technician is trying to take off your previous acrylic to do the Ombre nails for you. So in the process of taking off the acrylic , he drilled down the gel polish then soak your nail with acetone, then drilled layer after layer before all previous acrylic are gone… which that is one of the proper way to take off old acrylic… as he tried to thoroughly clean everything before start nee acrylic… as far as your nail thin, you mean the new acrylics was thin or just your own nail was thin? If your new acrylic was too thin you can come back we can make them thicker for you. If there are anything you’re not happy with please call our manager. They will work with you 931-387-6080. Thank you
