The technicians were very kind, but beware they will upsell the services without advising it is extra and the menu of services was not made readily available. I will not be returning, there are many other salons in the area who deserve my business.

Ive tried this place probably 3 times and each time my experiences havent been pleasant. I feel like when youre getting a service you shouldnt feel like an inconvenience. Im not the type of person to hound you while you do a service but if I dont like it I will say something in order for it to be done correctly. No one should ever feel upset leaving a service they just paid for especially if they have been patient and kind. Some of the staff are extremely unprofessional. Gossiping about people getting a service done and then also talking about me while Im sitting right there. Just because I dont speak the language doesnt mean that you talk about the person you are working on. I have common sense and the context clues are there ? I could go on and on but Ill just leave it there. There are definitely other shops that make you feel taken care of. Go somewhere else, anywhere else but here if you want to treat yourself because youll just feel like a burden.

This place is a rip off. You never know what they charge until after the facts. I spent 180.00 on me and my daughter. We were charged for services we did not get. And gel polish suppose to last at least 2 weeks, it last5 days abd when I called they told me they were really busy on Saturday and they were closed on Sunday come Monday and they come telling me the sign says after 3 days a full set you can't get any corrections to them. I did not have anything but gel polish and it all peeled off, and they would not correct it. The manager not there. To call tomorrow. I wonder how many in there illegally.
