        Hayden was Excellent! Great young man to have at the counter. Hayden was very interactive, polite, professional, just an outstanding young man. Very mature and excellent customer service skills. Location: Riverside Dr Clarksville TN. March 1st at noon. Pete and Deb

        This is the third location i have tried ordering the new mint chocolate shake for my son and this is the third time that the machine is broken and he is still unable to try the shake. Its very disappointing because this is was the reason for coming to arbys all 3 times. It's extremely difficult getting in and out due to the lines being long in the turning lane and blocking the way in. The service was nice though and wasn't hee fault that all three locations we've tried have failed to keep up with their equipment.
