        Ordered flowers 7 days prior to birthday. Requested early delivery. The gentlemen assured they would be delivered around lunch. I even made sure to make mention of the time she left work. When she left work no flowers were delivered. He was very apologetic over the phone and ensured they would make bigger arrangements and redeliver next day. Instead he delivered the original order to her home and left them on the front door step. He said his delivery driver was making tons of mistakes. Either way the surprise aspect was lost and making her feel special on her big day was not at all the way I planned
