Very pleased with the whole experience with Carpet Express, from the showroom with Kendra who helped me with flooring selections, to the measuring and quoting process by Dwight and then the installation by the installation team. Everyone was helpful and professional and Im happy with the end product. I had all flooring redone in my house including LVP and carpet. The pricing was competitive and their response time was great! I highly recommend the team at Carpet Express!

Highly Recommended!!!
Without having a plan we decided to paint two bedrooms in the house. After prepping the walls we realized that there was no way we could finish these rooms without having new carpet installed. On a late Monday afternoon I stopped in and was able to pick out a carpet that we liked and they had in stock. 20 minutes later Herb was at our house measuring the rooms and on that Wednesday the installer was there. In less than 48 hours we had two great looking bedrooms thanks to the Carpet Express team.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. The first thing they told us was if they came out and take the measurements any mistake would be their responsibility, if we took our own measurements any mistake would be at our expense. They came out and took the measurements and the owner put the measurements in the computer incorrectly and there was a $500. difference. Their mistake, but they want us to pay half. Then they had to do the work in two days instead of one. They were on time and very professional the first day. The second day they were over three hours late, and put the carpet over an air conditioning vent and couldnt come back until the next day to uncover the hole and put the air vent back in.
