Took my husband for date night. I didnt know that you had to make an appointment but they managed to squeeze us in! They were great and very professional!

Went there 2 times in a week..experience was great. Attempt to make another appointment. Never received a confirmation as i did in the past. Did receive a cancelation..for the wrong date..so I called and explained.. a little advice that may help serve other customers.. 1 listen to your customers before you spout off what "typically" happens. 2 don't be dismissive Prior to this experience I'd come again and again.. Based on this interaction and the solution/compromise (none) provided I will NEVER return. Let's be clear..it's not about the $10 deposit. And honestly if it was said selected the Saturday before or after the Saturday I wanted I would understand.. But, I am aware of the difference between 15 and 23.. So the additional 3 visits planned will be else where.. Guess the customer isn't right..smh

We visited The Candle Loft for a Valentine's event. The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful at guiding us through the process. Would recommend the Candle Loft for a day out with your significant other or friends.
