The quality of service here is good but they have been consistently late returning my clothes. Nearly every time I have gone here they are 1-2 day late from when they said they would be returning my clothes.

DO NOT COME HERE! THEY RUIN CLOTHES!
They charged me to dry clean my new $500 custom made and tailored letterman jacket. I picked it up and it had shrunk, faded in color, stained the vinyl, and the patches were ripped. When I picked it up I was told that they undercharged me for the service but they were going to be nice and let me pick it up for only $10. Came home and took it out of the plastic and noticed all the damages. Let her know the next day that they had ruined my jacket and I wanted her to reimburse me for the jacket so I could get a new one. She said that the damages were because my jacket was low quality and there was nothing she was going to do. Extremely upset. My jacket is anything but low quality, the cleaners poor business practices ruined the jacket. Never coming here again and warning everyone else they destroy your clothes and never offer to fix their damages. A complete joke of a business. Still not over the loss of my jacket.
