Onsite Employee Health & Wellness Clinic

This has to be the worst medical office Ive ever been in. Unprofessional and a severe lack of education by the staff. I cant believe people are paying for such a scam. Not a single doctor in the building, just remember that when you start thinking about whats best for you.

I've never received anything but kind treatment from the Onsite staff, and I've been plenty of times. I think there are a number of unfair criticisms being leveled toward the clinic, particularly pertaining to the grace period for showing up late or for having unfair expectations of the services provided. Every NP and PA I've ever seen has been thorough and kind. The staff is usually warm and receptive, too. I actually had a kind young woman who drew my blood walk me all the way out to my truck one time and literally help me into it just because I had a history of not doing too well with having my blood drawn. People tend to be short sighted about what medical personnel have been through over the past few years and how incredibly underappreciated they are. Thank your caregivers. A lot of us wouldn't be here without them.

Big disappointment, lady at front desk told me my appointment was at 7:40 and I arrived 7:46 and she had to ask doctors do they can to see me and their answer was negative , because of the clinic policy of just 5 minutes late and I was late 6 minutes !!! And that was my fourth appointment in a row there, and I try to explain everything on the front desk but it wasn't worth it. They dont need people at the front desk they can have machines, screensI cant understand this they care only about 5minutes policy

Do not go to Onsite for anything. Their nurses are not properly trained, they can't even prescribe meds, if there's something wrong they have to send you to another Dr office anyways, so what's the point. Also, they changed their late arrival policy from 15 mins to 5 mins. No warning, no letters out to anyone, no updates on their website. My Wife had her appointment canceled today even though she was only 10 mins late because she's a school counselor all the way across town, who occasionally has to work late. Not only did they not work with her, but they charged her a late fee.
