    Authentically honest and professional. Detailed oriented and friendly. Thanks to Josh and Rance. I think they did a good job but probably should have opened windows and raised up my blinds because black dust and particles were Everywhere. Im still dusting and cleaning, and may have to do an entire mist of my house to ward off allergeries aka mold. Our whole family has been sick with coughs, sneezing and itchy eyes/throat for weeks. :( *update, black mold was found growing on my upstairs vents soon after the cleaning.

    Update: I have changed my rating because I am duly impressed by the effort All American went to in order to turn a poor experience into a great one. They sent out someone to take a look at the work done on my couch and carpets and then offered to re-do the problem areas. The team just left and the couch looks 10 times better. All American went above and beyond to stand behind their work -- and that is so refreshing these days! What a disappointment and it took FOREVER, too. I received a quote prior to booking the work and the estimate requested and provided included a sectional, a chair, a sofa and a love seat, plus carpet cleaning for three rooms and stairs. I specifically mentioned that we had pets and treatment was needed. The technician arrives, alone, half an hour later than expected and begins writing up the work to be done. That alone takes 45 minutes and he informs me that the information he has does not include the sofa and love seat, even though I specifically mentioned everything to the scheduler who gave me the verbal estimate. That will be $150 extra. He doesnt even begin actually cleaning until 11 am, 90 minutes after arriving. He takes a very long time on the sectional yet the edges of the sectional are still dirty because he only did the centers of surfaces. It looks streaked where areas were missed. The before and after photos I took reflect this. As he begins the carpets around 2 pm and I am asked if Ill need a pet treatment because that will be extra, too, even though I specifically mentioned pets when booking the service and the website specifically mentions the service package is for Heavily soiled, pet issues, etc. After the carpets were finished and the technician left, I went and checked the carpets in the three rooms and the stairs. A section of carpet in one of the rooms is dry as a bone while the rest of the carpet is damp meaning it was likely missed. The stairs are still sopping wet, not just damp, an hour after the technician left. All of this took more than six hours. At least 2-3 hours longer than expected. I indicated I would like a call from the office as the fault lies with them for not sending the correct information to their employee from the outset, taking a long time to respond to his requests for information and sending only one guy, not two, to do a large job. Im 95% certain either the message wont be passed along or will be ignored. The posted pictures are after cleaning

    Aaron and Alshun came to our house to clean our sofa and they were SO amazing!! Not only were they extremely efficient, but they were also so kind. We have a newborn and they were quiet and quick and conscientious of how tired we were. We basically have a brand new couch for a very affordable price. The booking of the clean was easy, and they were very communicative. We will absolutely be using All American again, and we will be specifically asking for Aaron and Alshun, as they were the ones that took customer service to a whole other level!
