        Hadnt had any issues until recently. My employees have gone in and been refused service several times. Theyve been told that they cant take deposits or give back deposit slips because they are short staffed. Few days later we were told they no longer take deposits after 4. One teller gave us back 500 in 5s when we asked for 100. My employee called them and brought the additional 400 back in and they were rude about it. As if she hadnt just returned 400 dollars. Considering changing banks if they cant handle actually doing what banks are supposed to do

        My church has been affiliated with this bank since 1980 and while trying to establish an online account this bank has taking us around the world with with no empathy or initiative to help us with a simple online account. #disappointed! #poorservice! #worstexperienceever!

        Terrible customer service. The bank manager is extremely rude and not professional. Not to mention they gave me the wrong change then argued with me about it. That wouldn't be an issue if they actually counted back the change. I guess my bad for not verifying. They also don't protect your confidential information and gave my information out to someone else. I called corporate they don't care. Save yourself the headache and don't bank here.

        If you don't have the staff to run the drive-thru, Shut it down or at least put a note saying the wait times from this point are at least 30-45 minutes. With multiple accounts with US Bank, I am highly considering making a move.

        Sign on window says open from 9-noon on Saturdays. Visited at 10:17am to find everything closed. Very unhappy.

They will begin to open on Saturdays starting on 3/18/23. She indicated that the date is on the sign in the window. I apologize if that wasn't clear.
