Been banking with them for 4 years now. No issues with costumer service. Staff are friendly and helpful and always professional, only issue I have is with the online banking it freezes and I have to restart my phone. But other than that. I like FSNB.

To get a replacement card no 24 hour customer service its fdic but so is bluebird and bluebird is 0$

This place charges for things that should be free to account holders. The staff is rude in store and on phone. Also there software is of the stone age how is it you dont except Zelle. They think because the qualifications are easy to get an account they can charge you crazy. They lack customer service and showing they appreciate you as a customer
