        The woman at the front desk was not very nice, we had a reservation for 4:45pm, the website didn't make it very clear that we would have to share this escape room with multiple other people. Unsure why you have to make a reservation if the put you in this room with random that just show up. If we would have known how this visit would go, we honestly would have stayed home. We left pretty upset and this was definitely a huge waste of money. The lady at the desk had a horrible attitude for no reason. Would not recommend
