well, it,s been two weeks since the technician came out to look at our ductless little split unit that A-1 installed about 6 years ago, again(problems every summer and winter) temperatures are in the upper 90's we where told he could not fix the problem, some kind of board needs to be replaced and someone would give us a call the same evening, like I said , that was two weeks ago, no call no air we where forced to buy a portable unit,letting them talk me into this ductless unit was a bad decision Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

I called this morning. A father's day Sunday morning, because my ac went out yesterday, and in no time at all Corey called and said he'd be here soon. And he was, and he was beyond nice, and beyond helpful, and showed me, and explained to me what happened, why it happened, and then explained how to prevent it from happening again. The whole time corey was here, working in the heat. On a father's day, he was the most nice, courteous, and understanding person, that I totally wouldn't expect him to be under these conditions. Kudos to him. And a1 for making this the best experience I have ever had with a hvac company. Service: Repair HVAC
