Worst business establishment I have ever dealt with. I tried couple times to get on auto pay because I have the hardest time remembering to pay it, the system kept kicking me out. I just continued to pay but forgot again and they turn the water off. It makes more sense to me with the way gas prices are that you might call a customer and say just wanted to let you know your going to lose service if we do not get your payment obviously, I would pay. So they are burning gas to come an turn it off plus burning gas to come back to turn it on . It is absolutely my fault I forgot to pay it but it a simple phone call to save a lot of hassle. When you go in to pay every one in there looks like they are a bunch of lemons and they are all madevery single time. Hate is a strong word but I hate dealing with this place on any level.

The utilities in this county are outrageously high.  The water being the highest, not only in the area but perhaps the entire country. The most disgusting detail was caused by the manager of the office. Specifically, I had a heart attack and was put in ICU following the emergency and the operation. While in the ICU, I was feeling better and began to think of life, realizing my water bill was due on that day. I picked up my phone and dialed the water company and explained the situation; where the office manager told me "You can get someone on the nurses staff to go get you a money order and have it delivered to us before the close of business today, or we'll be charging you a late fee !"  I told the doctor and he was infuriated to say the least along with the staff who heard the conversation.  To this day, I'll never forget nor excuse the water company for employee behavior such as this. The company needs to put some bleach in their employee pool and rid themselves of this type of behavior and the manager !
