        It used to be you could call the landfill and actually talk to someone that knew what was going on, now you MUST call a central dispatch where nobody knows anything about your service.

        The internet says this place is open at 8:00am and after driving all the way down there, I find that they don't open till 9:30. Someone needs to.fix this issue.

        I have dealt with a few hundred waste haulers around the country. Out of everyone that I have dealt with, Nina Buckner is second to no one. I hope Republic is paying her well because she will be an awesome asset to anyone looking for someone who knows all about treating customers well and making them feel like they are their only customer.
