        Communication is something this company doesn't have. Never answers the phone, always a voice mail. They promise us one thing and then do not meet that promise. Wearing thin are my nerves I would say.

        Have tried calling this company to have services turned back on at our new residence. No answer back during business hours, have left messages yesterday and today. Im seeing a trend with this company on other reviews that I do not like. We spent a fortune on this system to get this kind of customer service.

        It used to have good service but this year I have been calling since Feb for changing the filer appointment, always nobody answer the phone and reply the voice message. Tried to contact them and left messages several times, still no response and it is almost year end, so disappointed

      Ashley, we are so sorry that you have had trouble getting hold of someone in person to speak to. While we currently do not have the staff to answer every call directly in each department at the time of call, we do make sure to return calls in a timely manor. We reviewed our call logs and saw that you called in on Monday afternoon around 3pm and that our scheduler that handles service calls was out at a doctors appointment for the afternoon. We do apologize for that inconvenience. We also see where you called in three times in a row at 9:56 am the following day and that and that your call was returned at 10:08 am where you were then put on our schedule for this coming Tuesday. At Southern Energy we strive to provide the best possible customer experience and as the owner I have tried to reach out directly to you but your phone goes straight to voicemail and your voicemail is not set up. Please feel free to reach out directly as I would like the opportunity to speak with you personally and to ensure that your business with us is going as smoothly as it should. Thanks.
