We have bought trophies from them for a few years now. Quarterly we buy around $400 in trophies and small 1inch plates for challenge coins my company gets custom made. At first these 1inch plates were $7, then $10. We placed an order arrived to pick up order and they raised the price to $15 per 1 inch plastic engraved plate! They did not even tell us. Our event is next week. A year ago we found a less expensive source of trophies from a company online but wanted to support small business. Luckily we found a local company that we can get EXACT SAME plates made with SAME material for $5 per plate. We will be buying trophies now from this other trophy store or online from now on. They were good in the beginning but tried to way over charge us. Price gouging has cost them $1600 in annual sales from my company. I know that is not much but I'm sure small accounts add up. Shop around before buying from these people.
