We just recently closed with Key Title & Escrow, and I must say that they did an exceptional job with handling our transaction from beginning to close. Lauren was great and was very patient with me when I ran into a last minute snag. She was courteous and patient the whole way through. I appreciated that! Will use them again when the opportunity comes again! I highly recommend.

As a transaction coordinator in real estate, I have worked with a lot of title companies in Chattanooga. Without a doubt, I can say that Key Title & Escrow is one of the best title companies Ive worked with. Not only is their staff responsive & kind, you can instantly feel the effort they put into each and every transaction. Even when there are hiccups in our contracts, Key strives to make every closing as seamless as possible. I would like to give a big shout out to Megan, Vanessa, Hayley, and Lauren, as I have had the pleasure to work with them closely. They are constantly expanding and I cant wait to see what they do next!
