Alex is the tailor I've needed. As a shorty, alterations are a constant need. I've been to some of the more popular tailors in Chattanooga with mediocre to devastating results. Alex is at a whole different level. It's clear that he's passionate about the craft and that shows in the final product. I love working with people who love what they do. My latest visit resulted in a hem that was slightly off. Mistakes happen but how they get fixed is what matters to me. Alex also recognized the error and made the adjustment quickly and without a single complaint. He truly wants to get things right. The final product was perfection. Having a tailor I can trust with my investment clothing items is crucial. Alex is that tailor.

The ideal example of why you should use a small, local, independent business. Alexander is amazingly professional, kind, knowledgeable, and skillful. This is the level of service your grandfather used to talk about! The work he did for me, from some simple pants alterations to helping modernize some vintage coats, made me fall in love with some of my favorite clothes all over again. I'm about to donate bags of clothes because I'm so obsessed with the ones he altered for me. Alex is great at communication, his prices are very fair, and his turnaround is reasonable. I don't think I will ever use another tailor again. Cannot reccomend enough. Excited to return for custom clothing soon.
