The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because of the guy that helped my daughter and I find the right pair of shoes for her. He was very helpful. However I came in the store on 1/22/24 to exchange a pair of shoes I had bought my daughter before Christmas. They wouldnt give me my money back after they told me she could try them on and walk around inside the house. I couldnt get my money back due to not having the card and having to close that bank account due to fraud a few days earlier. Apparently this is store policy. That made me angry. My daughter loves pumas and I was going to get the money and purchase a new pair of pumas. I took my daughter in on Jan 20, 2024 about 20 min to closing. The lady said they had dirt on them and they would only give me in store exchange. Thats what I was there for anyway even though angry about it. We tried on some shoes. I had taken a pair off the display in her size to try on and this lady scolded us for it. The funny thing is the shoes she chose the other one was on the display. Apparently they have to keep their display models at the highest standard. I was just trying to save the nice salesman a few steps. Then my 7 yr old daughter didnt notice she was looking at something and stepped too close to behind the check out counter and the lady scolded her for that. If that wasnt enough I was informed that the shoes were the same size and should fit the same way. Then the exchange wound up costing me an extra $24 for what I got for half price before Christmas. By this time I already felt like I didnt belong there and was so glad to be leaving. I wont be back! Vans hurt my feet anyway as I had a pair and got my money back shortly after purchase. Im a professional and thought it best to act professional in this entire situation but I just felt like my daughter and I were talked down to by the one lady worker there while the guy was helpful.

I like to wear my slip on's 2 sizes up since I feel the run small and I like to have breathing room for my toes, the sales person kept acosting me about it and was almost insulting and pushy I finally just had to say "just sell me the shoes I want" been buying vans for 20 years I know what I like. Next time I'll just buy them online.

Took some shoes back with no problem. Young crew but respectful and professional. I'll check it out again even though I hate going to the mall. I will go back here to get my daughter some shoes.
