We have had a great experience as tenants with Bridge City Realty. Mindy has been wonderful to work with and provides great customer service. Dennis did a great job fixing our maintenance requests and also provided great customer service. Also, the customer portal app is easy to use and efficient for paying rent, submitting maintenance requests, and tracking all rental history. Thank you Bridge City Realty for your excellent staff.

Beware! Application fee is a money gimmick! We discussed the details of our company renting a unit out for our employee to stay at this unit while employee completes 8 -12 month project. The man we spoke to represents big city and said that was agreeable to fill out an application. Application was submitted. Lady calls from big city and informs me that this will not be acceptable. $45 was taken from my account and now belongs to big city. This is an unethical company! Please do not reply with apologies to this review. Keep my money- this review should make up the difference you stole from me.

I applied for a rental property and had zero communication responses on their end after a few inquiries. Terrible customer service!

Do not use this company if you are looking to apply for one of their rentals. They will scam you out of your application fee and give you the run around when attempting to schedule a showing. I applied for a rental on Thursday 8/24, and submitted all of the requested information and documentation on the rental application they provided along with documentation for my Vizslas pet application. Ken asked if I would like to schedule a showing, and I confirmed I would like to schedule a showing for Saturday 8/26 or the following Friday 9/1. He said that would work and hed follow up. Monday 8/28 Ken messaged me saying he had been very busy and that he would be out of town until 9/5. Ken asked if I wanted to view the property on 8/29 and I told him I would be available for a showing the Friday or Saturday when he was back from going out of town. This was after he confirmed no one else could facilitate the rental timeline while he went out of town. On 8/31 I received a text from their office asking for additional information that was not on the original application. I supplied the requested information to them on 9/3 while Ken was still out of town. Again Ken failed to follow up with me after getting back 9/5 despite calling the office numerous times attempting to schedule a showing. 9/8 No one answered the phone at the office or the alternate numbers they had been texting from. I sent a text Friday 9/8 asking about my application as they had failed to update the application status on their online portal, and it was impossible to get ahold of anyone by phone. Monday 9/11 I get 2 texts from them. The first saying that applications can take 2 weeks or more. Ken sends me a second text saying the property is no longer available. Then he has the audacity to ask me if Im interested in any of their other properties as he could just use my existing rental application. Obviously the rental application wasnt the issue as I have a perfect rental history, landlord references, verifiable employment, vet records, gross monthly earnings 8x the rent, etc. Dont waste your time with Bridge City Realty LLC. They are incredibly incompetent and unprofessional. They will give you the run around when attempting to schedule a showing, won't return your call, and won't follow up when they say that they will.
