Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Needed a prescription refill appointment and asked what the law was on out of state refills ( i live in fort o and theres no doctors accepting new patients) so she. Put me on hold for about 10 minutes then hung up. Very unprofessional. If she thought i was some sort of junkie looking for schedule 1 drugs then she is very ignorant ( like most mental health people here , guess they still living in the 1800 wanting me to pray on jesus to remove the demons from my head...). i take an uncontrolled anti seizure medication for a certain illness. That can cause me to get very sick and possibly die if I do not take it. Oh well hopefully i dont succumb to corruption and the lord will save me..:..

Heather Wright met with me this morning. She listened to me and gave me amazing feedback. I feel more like "me". I had lost "me" for too long.

Refused to even speak to me over the phone about speaking with a psychiatrist. Erlanger just keep dropping balls and getting people killed.
