        Call ahead to make sure they are open. We enjoy coming, but Ive found the store closed on some occasions when the hours published online say it should be open. We drove out of our way to come today, and there is a sign that says the store is closed due to weather (even though there is no bad weather expected today).

        Good selection of pottery. It was busy but we didn't feel rushed. Everything turned out great.

        Good location, nice space and selection is good. However customer service is definitely lacking. Was there yesterday right at opening, 2/10/2024 and no real greeting and no one to explain anything. Had to figure out where glazes and brushes were. Also the wall of colors was super tiny and hard to read. But seems if you are a regular all is well.
