        Had an issue that ultimately was the responsibility of the city but Keefe Plumbing was friendly and responsive. They could have easily done the work and charged me and I would not have been the wiser. However, they did the honest thing and engaged WWTA on my behalf to verify who was on the hook. They've certainly earned my future business.

        Called to ask about household plumbing issue and they said they do not offer estimates, a flat rate just to come out and see what the issue is. Other plumbing companies will at least give you an over the phone estimate. Easy choice to choose someone else, because of this, which I did.
