I would like to give a shoutout to Bret and Jillian for all their help during our last few visits. We recently purchased two new kayaks from yall, and their customer service was off the CHARTS! Thank you both for all your help. Youve gained customers for life!

I came to this location to pick up the Specialized Rock Hopper that I bought for my wife and left with a bad taste in my mouth. I walked in and the gentleman at the front desk told me my bike was ready for pick up in the back of the store. The gray haired guy in the back was sitting down staring at his phone when I walked up and when I noticed the bike I ordered for my wife sitting at the counter I said "Oh, it comes with pedals, what a nice surprise" to which he responded "yeah the cheap ones come with pedals". I don't know what they're paying the associates at the Rock Creek outfitters but $800 isn't cheap to me. After that I asked if some holes in the frame are for running cables for a dropper post and instead of just answering my question, he asked "I mean, what are you riding that you need a dropper post?". It was very condescending for no reason. After I justified my wanting a dropper post for my wifes bike which basically boiled down to having more fun riding, he made sure to let me know that I shouldnt buy a cheap one if I do end up buying one, I guess since I clearly buy cheap things like the bike. This whole conversation was probably only 2 minutes long but it was apparently too long for this dude because he hardly looked up from his phone the whole time. Ultimately, the gray haired man-bun guy made me feel unwelcomed and made me feel like he thought my $800 bike I bought for my wife's anniversary gift was a cheap bike. Hopefully his pro mountain biking career pops off soon so he can stop being sad working at the Rock Creek.
