Dr. Rachel Brown

Dr. Brown has very poor bedside manners. She made it clear that she did not care to be in the room with myself & my child. When we denied having a procedure done, she stood up and walked straight out of the room. She did not say good bye, thank you or anything. The tech who was typing in the room, looked at us and said "yall can go now". The lack of professionalism was disturbing. I would not recommend Dr. Brown or this office to anyone.

They told me 2 years ago my son didnt need glasses. Apparently now his eyes are so bad that he still wont be able to see clearly with glasses. He was in and out of bright light with his pupils fully dilated. They said that was fine. The important part of the appointment was rushed within a couple minutes. I asked if my boy could help adjust it a little but was told a firm NO, I have to do it! Be careful what you sign, they will charge you for a photo of the back of your kids eyeballs (which they dont give you).. and if you realize you accidentally signed it, they will demand you still hand it over so they can bill you. Another thing.. which should of been a red flag in the beginning, they have a big metal sign next to the front desk saying kids are being diagnosed with life altering issues and there is often a 3 hour wait for your appointment. So, thanks guys, for telling me my son wouldnt need glasses and then after waiting a couple years to just come back and be rushed through getting him what he should have got the first time. So awful.

Very nice and caring staff. Nice environment for kids.

2+ hours in the office, seems they overbook and rush Through patients . Staff was friendly but not pleasant waiting for hours
