        Very disappointed with the price increases. Families are struggling and the owner of this company is worth over 10 million dollars! My local store has become a total mess and it is no longer fun to shop there anymore.

      Jann, We do our best to provide prices at or below what similar stores charge. Plus, purchases at Goodwill help support job training and career placement programs, which help people with barriers to employment obtain jobs. Goodwill is actually not owned by anyone. It is a nonprofit that is run locally in each region. The President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area is Gena Weldon, who was selected by a locally elected Board of Directors. Mark Curran has never owned Goodwill or worked for Goodwill Industries. The CEO of Goodwill Industries International is Steven Preston, who also reports to a volunteer board of directors. If you have any questions, we are happy to answer them.
