Charles did a great job in marketing our home. His research on comparable homes helped us set the asking price to get the most interest. He put our house on the market on a Friday night and scheduled the open house on Sunday. We had multiple above asking price offers to consider on Monday. We accepted one of the offers and closed within 6 weeks. I would highly recommend Charles Jabaley to sell your house.

Working with Keller Williams Realty was one of the best experience I have had in some time. Charles was a shinning gem through my whole home buying experience. Everything he did was prompt, respectful, and insightful. Charles was happy to explain and go over the details and working of the process so that even I an unexperienced home buy could understand what was going on. By the time we were done with the home buying and the closing was finished he still kept me in the loop on anything going on with the house that I might be need to be privy. I can tell you all now that should I need to move anytime in the near future I know who I am going to.
