Terrible work environment. No sense of leadership at all. Ironic that it's a mental health company, but they can't provide better benefits to employees.

It's gotten to where I have to let my daughter miss a week of taking her meds because of how they operate. Like now, I've called and left numerous messages for a refill and 3 days later still nothing. They were wonderful when it was Dr. Kirsten, it's been hell for us since she left.

After today I will never let my daughter be seen again. She was having solo appointments, to which I was iffy with but she seemed to like them, so I let it go. After a few appointments we weren't getting any updates or anything. So I had my husband ask, and she told us, I feel as though as a therapist of a child you should discuss this after every appointment with parents. Then, today my husband took her and Anna had dismissed her early because she "wasn't listening and picking up" to which we all and even the therapist is suppose to be working with her about. When my daughter came home she then proceeded to tell me that her therapist told her when kids are bad they have to give them back to parents. My 4 year old daughter was confused, and kind of heart broken from this and when I called all they said was they would let them know, no apologies or nothing. So we will not be back... also this is not a rule I was ever told of.
