        I love this place. Never had any problems and the staff is lovely & helpful.

        I see some reviews complaining about the staff here, and its no wonder. They do not even pay their employees a living wage. Target even starts their employees out at higher pay. This place expects the people who are assigned to help your family and kid through crisis to have a college degree but doesn't pay a living wage. No wonder they don't attract or keep talented people. Look elsewhere for help if you need it.

        BEWARE! Poorly ran. Staff is not only inexperienced but also immoral and prejudice..Staff has no concept of patient confidentiality and zero respect for patient privacy. Omni has zero interest in helping families. Go to joe johnson, mental health co op literally anywhere but here.
