i had cancer surgery these people called me for me to pay the entire bill i told the agent i was not released yet to go back to working at the moment. I told them i could pay a certain amount every month they sent me a letter to confirm this after a few months they turned it over to a collection agency in Texas so i called them to remind them of the agreement and the agent told me they are not going to do that any more i told her that i still have the letter they agreed on and i will take it to a lawyer if needed that ended that and now i have been paying since august of 2013 and still have not gotten a balance, i paid by check i went to my bank and sent them a copy of what i paid maybe now i will get an answer. I will never use these people again!!!!!!!
