Oxygen Health Spa Chattanooga is a great place to get your HBOT treatments. Brandon and Dianna always do a great job and do their best to accommodate your needs. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and easy to work with your schedule, as needed.

For that last 6 months, I have been trying to have Brandon "sell" my visits. After multiple attempts to have this done at a discounted rate, in singles, or even in smaller bundles. My health situation changed, and HBOT will not help, but will hinder my recovery. Multiple phone calls go unanswered. Brandon is terrific at taking your money for packages, but when a life-threatening crisis occurs, he ignores you. I am out $1410, 19 visits and no good-faith attempt effort has been made in 6 months to rectify this situation. Lacking compassion. Buyer beware.

In September, 2023, I went to Oxygen Health Spa for HBOT to help treat a Traumatic Brain Injury. During my initial treatment, I had terrible ear pain. After my session, I consulted with my doctor, and discovered I had a severe ear infection. I had also had a previous appointment scheduled with a pulmonologist to find out what was wrong with my oxygen levels. I was diagnosed with a Rare disease, and advised to discontinue HBOT. I contacted Brandon and we discussed the situation. He told me he would "sell my 19 remaining visits" for me, as I had purchased the 20 visit pack, and only had the opportunity to use one. That phone call happened in November. I called again in January. Twice. Called and emailed in February (multiple times), and again in March. As of now, Brandon is not returning my calls or my money. He is great at taking the money, but not great at keeping his word and actually HELPING someone with a debilitating illness get their hard earned cash back. Don't buy a package. You never know what tomorrow will bring, and this guy won't honor his word.

This is the only real Hyberberic oxygen place in Chattanooga with hard shell chambers and pressure equivalent to hospital chambers. Medical grade. Highly recommend!
