84 Lumber

Horrible customer service. We ordered and paid for the windows in January 2024, and discovered in February the order was not placed at all. Windows arrived in March, 2024, and still cannot get the screens. I have been promised updates, which hasn't occurred and promised emails, which I have not received. I would never do business with this company again. This is has been a debacle and staff has yet to correct the issue. Wish I could give negative stars.

Put in an order on a Thursday before 12:00 pm with a Monday 8 am delivery, it's now 2:45 pm on Monday and still no delivery. Called the office waited on the phone for 30 minutes, they can't find my order but a check of my credit card shows they took the money. Still on hold, this branch is poorly run. I will go back to Home Dept, their counter help is better trained, stopped here becouse their 1.1 miles from the job. I won't do that again.

Had to use a hand pallet jack and move pallets to the rear of trailer to get unloaded. Not part of the job

12~7-23 walk in around 3:00 ~ 4:00 nobody at the counter several workers walking around stood at the counter for awhile no acknowledgment at all. There was a man behind me finally a worker walked out and helped the man behind me. Want be back Lowes and Home Depot will be glad to have my business.
