I could not be more happy with my experience and custom made jewelry! This place is so special. My fianc had my engagement ring custom built and it is BEAUTIFUL. He bragged about how great they were to work with, so they were the obvious choice when we were looking into wedding bands. They are honest and detail oriented. The customer service and quality are top notch. I have several sentimental pieces I will take to have fixed soon and I cant imagine I will have anything less than a fantastic experience. 10/10 would recommend!

I called Charlie back in January after I lost a stone (maybe 2) in my wedding bad, that I had just gotten back from another local jewelry repair store. I got the ring back and within a day or two the stones were gone. Charlie was so nice and said I could drop it off and hed take care of it and check all of the prongs. I got it back when it was promised and it was beautiful! I decided to wanted to get my rings soldered together so I went back to Charlie a few weeks later. He said he could take care it, no problem. I got it back sooner than I had expected and I couldnt be happier! The other store had a very rude lady working that spoke negatively of my combination of engagement ring and wedding band, Charlie said they were beautiful. I will never go anywhere else! Charlie won my business!

I met the jeweler when I came in to get a new watch battery. He very quickly got me taken care of and showed me his custom made jewelry while I was there. The service was friendly and helpful and I will come back for future shopping needs and wants!

Goss Company is the BEST!!! I won't go anywhere else and have recommended them to many friends. They are kind and do quality work. Best company to go to in town for any of your jewelry needs.
