        We are stuck with a flat tire right now and none of progressive's phone numbers are working it says that they can't be reached by our calling area.

        They steadily increase your insurance premiums even with no accidents, tickets, or claims. They are allowed to increase your policy rate for non-driving people in your household over the age of 15 that have no effect on their policy. They get to increase your rate even though they take no liability. It's a scam and they are thieves. When you follow their instructions, it is still going to increase your rate. When you speak with someone on the phone, they only quote you their policy and refuse to listen to reason. Worst insurance company you can have. I can be friendly as well when I'm charging you double the rate with no warning. AVOID AT ALL COST. They may even have an underwriting policy about taking your first born child.

        The lady working at the front desk was nice and polite. We talked for a few minutes. I'm chatty Kathy and she gave me a website to help me cook and try new foods. She made a very stressful situation so much easier.
